LF1 Series are a kind of structure with link drive and knuckle-joint, and also have a unique stamping and forming curve. The moving curve can have the effect of delaying the forming time; in other words, it will stay in the bottom dead center for a long time during the course of stamping and forming. So this unique slide moving curve is suitable for the forging and forming process of complex sheet metal. It can not only delay the time in the B.D.C, which will leave enough time for precision blanking, near-net forming and compound forming of forgings, but also delay the time of slide moving back in order to avoid the spring back of the workpiece, achieve a better formability and improve the product yield.
